Negatives: This was the first Hilton that I ever stayed at that has been such poor quality. The rooms were old and run down. My room had a fire alarm on the ceiling with toilet paper wrapped around it. It was not very clean. The breakfast hours were not as stated it. We missed it because they closed it early twice. The staff were friendly but not very helpful. The hallways smelled and the carpets were disgusting. One morning there was someone sleeping in the dining area. I paid Hilton prices for Motel 6 quality. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Positives: The staff was shorthanded but did their best. Breakfast was fine with variety to pick from.

Negatives: Didn't think I should be charged $5.00 per day extra to be on the top floor. Also didn't know the rooms were only cleaned upon request. Once I figured that out everything was fine.
