Positives:
Breakfast was great at the Manzanita. The room was very large and had plenty of space for my family. We loved the facilities and there was not too much of a crowd at the pool or workout rooms.
Negatives:
Pretty far from anything at the lake. The gondola was not running during the week which was a bummer because we then had to drive our car down to Northstar village each time we wanted to go there.

The concierge staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Very friendly faces with recommendations and guidance for anything that you could ask for.

The food needed improvement. My party tried multiple restaurants and were not really satisfied with any of them.

The apartments are located pretty high on the mountain. The three bedroom we had was very nice and pretty big for us and our dog. The apartment had all you needed especially to cook. It was quiet and we could sleep well.
Negatives:
Some of the staff was not nice at all, especially the person at the desk for the Ritz Carlton Club. They basically dont want to be addressed if you are just an hotel guest. They also talk on your back. Very weird. They never refilled the hand sanitizer close to the elevators even when I told them it was finished. Because of Covid 19 there is no housekeeping so if you stay for more than 3 days, with a dog, the apartment will be pretty dirty. They should provide cleaning supplies and a broom at least. At check out, they couldnt print an invoice. Never happened to me before. They also try to charge you for $1/day as a donation for Northstar without telling you. They refunded me when I realized that.

This is a mid mountain ski destination. In summertime some residence owners rent out their condominiums. Ours was a great size and fairly clean. Due to covid many services were limited restaurants closed and zero housekeeping. We were told to leave trash outside the door which was not collected for three days. Clean towels were never offered and we were there 6 nights. Pool is only available
in two hour time slots some days not available.
My feeling is that during this particular time of covid prices should have been deeper discounted....not great for what we paid.
