This hotel is near the Tulare County Fairgrounds, Preferred Outlets at Tulare, Galaxy Tulare 10 movie theater and the World Ag Expo, held in February. Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park are about one hour away. The Tulare Golf Course, Tulare Historical Museum and the Visalia Municipal Airport are minutes from the hotel. Renovating the hotel very messy due construction in rooms. Guest tired to open our room twice called the front desk no answer went to the front desk apologized for that must be the system

The first room was on the second floor and the door key was not working, I went down to lobby and the staff remake the key but it still not working, he changed room for us. Breakfast was included, good enough.

Hot tub and pool were shut down … bed so u comfortable, breakfast ran out of coffee and waffle mix had to go tell worker…

There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign to hang on the door. The TV did not work. We asked to have the TV fixed twice and no one ever went into the room to even see what the problem was.
