Even though the hotel was under renovations all of the staff went above and beyond to help us out.
Mallory was fantastic. There was also a male clerk that made of an important papers for me.but I did not get his name, I appreciate his help so much.

The room that we got the heater was not working the room was very cold they gave us another room they had to sheets or pillows for the sofa bed phone didn’t work properly no shampoo or conditioner in the restroom and to top it off did not have a proper breakfast only waffles and they ran out of the breakfast sandwich

I’d like hot water for my shower. I let the water run for a full half hour and no hot water. Television did not work. All accoutrements had been made as cheaply as possible like undersized coffee cups. Facility was under construction
