They gave up my room and I stay elsewhere…. The point of booking here so as I can be quit literally across the street from my employer. They put me up in a hotel across from Angel stadium which morning rush hour was 40 minutes. The hotel was not clean, the beds were horrible

Superb, conscientious, warm, kind team of professionals who communicate really well; beautiful, clean, spacious rooms; great amenities; best included breakfast I've experienced. Wonderful location in relation to Disneyland and John Wayne Airport. Thank you.

Negatives:
The property only provides room service every 3 days unless you request. Though it is a suited, the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. And they don’t provide comforter for the sofa bed, only blanket which smells. Breakfast is the same since the first time I stay here when it was just opened. And I have been stay here for several times. No change on the menu at all. And most staff don’t have a happy face.
