Our stay was terrible, the pull out sofa couch was the Most Uncomfortable bed we had ever felt. My daughter couldn’t even sleep in it. I asked to talk to a manager that evening as well as the next morning and have yet to hear back from them.
I want a refund on my night, I will never stay there again!

Top Notch from start to finish. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and was once again so glad I did. The Staff literally bent over backward to accommodate us for our entire stay. The front desk kindly offered us an early check in, and in addition staff also accommodated our request for a late check out. Breakfast was wonderful...and their rooms are incredibly spacious that include a super comfy bed! Whenever I need to travel to Santa Ana this is my forever go to hotel!

Too dirty! Everytime I stay there, I found the room isn’t clean properly, dust is everywhere, hair on the floor, refrigerator, microwave isn’t clean, to use them, I have to clean myself. Other bed mattress was sink in the middle, my cousin had hard time to sleep through the night! The body wash ran out!

The breakfast wasn’t that great. Didn’t get maid service at all. The hotel tax fee ended up being 13% not 10% like the booking.com site showed it would be. Parking is $15 per night.
