Negatives: I got a smoking room. Went inside tried to tun on the tv and it didn’t work. I saw 2 roaches on the wall, I left went to the front desk told the clerk who looked to see if there was another smoking room king and there was not. I just said I’ll contact booking.com to get my money back which I still haven’t received…
