The tub broke and they had to fix it. Took them a while to resolve but the hotel gave us a free breakfast for our troubles

I don't know if I've ever stayed in such a quiet hotel. Genuinely, didn't hear another guest the entire time.
Negatives:
Food options/prices. I know most hotel restaurants are a bit pricey but this was insulting and egregious.

Good shower pressure and extra handle, no fan. the TV had the old family fued channel where you could win a flower couch in the 80s- fun to watch.housekeeping brought extra towels.

Stayed at Hilton and sheraton once, I prefer sheraton. The rooms might be a little smaller but the vibe is better-cozier (IMO). I recommend requesting rooms above the 6th floor for at least an ok view. Room view we had was trees and dumpsters.
