I had the best time...
Positives:
The lake was gorgeous
Negatives:
My refrigerator was unplugged. Cold when I got there so I didn’t think to check it. All my food got ruined like 80 dollars worth of bbq meat and dips. When I approached Ted the manager with the issue he seemed reall aggravated that I wanted a credit! I showed him pictures and even told him I would bring the spoiled food. He quickly responded after making a few noises I’m not authorized to give more than 50. I said you’re the manager right? He said owner. I said then your authorized he has NO customer service skills at all. Also the BBQ propane is No longer free. So it’s not an amenity at all you have to purchase from Ted for 10 a day which is ridiculous I’ll bring my own camping stove next time. Would have been nice to know before we arrived
Also found empty wine bottles h set bathroom sink. We don’t drink
