Front desk Staff was not friendly. I had problems with the tub backing up water and asked for assistance and no one came for 6 hours despite front desk saying they will take care of it. Had to call back again. Maintenance engineer was great and quick.

The location was great, a short drive from six flags, the staff was very nice and helpful, overall a nice hotel.
Negatives:
Our room was located next to a busy road and I might as well have slept with the windows open. Better windows to help drown out the cars would be a great way to improve the rooms significantly. That is my only complaint.
