It smelled like cigarettes. The man next-door had a huge dog and I think paying customers should be able to have clean towels every day.

The room smell horrible! Smelled cigarettes. It was a non-smoking room. The floor was dirty, the bathroom tube was broken, and clogged the sink was clogged. Had to buy an inflatable mattress twin to sleep. The towels were dirty. Killed 3 cockroaches. There were homeless in the parking lots.

Weed and cigarette smoke coming through the door gaps. Hair and body hairs on the towels and sheets. Just above the curtains, there were families of spiders living there.Stretching from one side to the other. Apparently, for a while. I say were because I immediately went to the office to ask for a broom to knock them down. The staff looked at me puzzled as I told them I would do it. I felt like it It should have already been done. The floor was dirty.

The location was behind closed down restaurant and had to take a dark back street to get to hotel, seems like there are families that live in hotel and people hanging around parking lot of hotel made it uncomfortable!
