Rented a new hotel to stay at

Upon walking into the office customer service was not very good. When we got the room to our keys noticed that broke down cars people playing loud music windows were busted out, and when opening up the room door, it was nothing like photos. There was blood on the wall, toothpaste and blood are still in the same care on the towels And Erin found behind the refrigerator, soap bar stuck in bathroom sink and inside bathroom tub, visible dirt on curtains blood stains on mattress. This hotel was like a bad scene from a movie.

Location was good and a great Chinese restaurant was a four minute walk

When I made the reservation online I put in comments that I was requesting a late checkout of Noon (regular checkout is 11am). When I got there I requested the noon checkout. I was told very sternly NOT Possible. I thought the clerks reaction was less than good customer service. After which I paid, was given room access card and he simply walked away without saying have a good stay etc. Customer Service could use some improvement and this is constructive criticism.
