Negatives: Did not like to pay to park. But other than. That , nothing.

Negatives: A bit pricey for what you get- prices mote in line with summer season

Negatives: The fact that you charge for a cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning is very off putting. At the room rate and charges for parking you would think at least you could get a coffee like most any other hotel.

Negatives: The restaurant Weight staff was not very competent

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: The chicken wings were horrible you guys need to take those off the in room dining or look into a better recipe worst wings ive ever had not crispy at all. Ribs with mashed was good though.

Negatives: received two adjacent rooms however was down graded to two queens rather than king size beds as I booked. There is no personal touch in the hotel although the prices are very high. We could hear footsteps of kids walking and jumping from the ceiling. Pool was dirty and not special. Dealing with the front desk assistance including Erika the manager was terrible. I was told was that because I booked the rooms through booking.com Im not entitled to reserve the rooms close together and next time I should not use a third party. I was told booking.com does not allow them to assign the rooms prior to my arrival and that they will do the best they can. Then I was told that there was an error and my request for adjoining rooms or two rooms close together was not noted on the booking, which I feel was not true because I spoke three times before arriving with clerks there and I told them this is my main concern. I notes in the booking itself both by ticking the box and in the text box that I need two rooms close together. It was a TERRIBLE experience getting the rooms and I will not stay at that hotel again nor will I use booking.com again for my travels. A dehumanizing experience for 300 a night. No thank you!
