Nothing. It was terrible. Dirty. Run down.

The cleanliness. The room looked like it was abandoned. The doors screws were coming out of the door and lock. The dead bolt was hanging off the wall . It looks like the door was kicked in by the police. This place was awful.

I was able to get clean ample bed linen; television works; ample refrigerator/refrigerator space
Negatives:
Other guests make a lot of noise regularly, party type noise; they smoke drugs with the smell coming into my room; they throw trash around my room (window & door areas); slam doors constantly; other guests hover around my room with their noise; bam on walls, stick their faces onto my window to peep in until I catch them. They don't control their animals, their guests, nor themselves. They have NO consideration for guests that are not like themselves, nor for the facility or what the facility is.
People come here to sell drugs and be out of control. That is what I have seen and heard.

The customer service was terrible. The property is not well lit and I did not feel safe. The room was not clean, towels were dirty, and there were bloodstains on the pillows.

The manager is the best he is so respectful and always willing to work with us. Let's not forget the maintenance man, my respects to him he has this place looking great and is always their to provide us with clean sheets, towels, and rooms are the best. I love this place and the people that work here are amazing.

The Manager. He (Jay) is still on his toes as is Richard, with finally, (I believe his name is Robert) security. Haven't seen needles nor seen nor smelled drugs.
Negatives:
People standing about my room drinking, visiting (when their room is down the hall, smoking, 'hanging about'; yelling their conversations across the campus.
Between Jay, Richard, and Robert, it has gotten better.
