Positives:
Room was very spacious. Breakfast was great - eggs, potatoes, 2 types of sausage, multiple types of bread/muffin options. Location is excellent.
Negatives:
The bed was too soft. I always stay at HIE because they've always had the best beds but apparently this has now changed. We requested an ADA compliant room, however, the room was so far away from reception and the car parking area that it probably would have been better to get a regular room. Wifi sucks! Cell reception in our room wasn't great either. Parking $15 per night is ridiculous.. I would probably not stay here again because of the parking and wifi.

Sad today but you only complaint I had was that the TV kept glitching and wouldn't allow us to watch a decent program.

There was no internet during my stay, which caused significant inconvenience, including disruption to an online meeting I needed to attend.
Despite multiple communications with the front desk, the issue was never resolved.
Given the impact on my stay and productivity, I kindly request a refund for 2 nights.

Positives:
Breakfast was fair. The staff was great! The room was clean. The parking fee needs to go. Booking.com made it easy to book a room. The area where the hotel is located is very nice. It was close enough to eateries and gas stations and stores.
Negatives:
I didn't particularly like the breakfast. The eggs and cheese were terrible. Scrambled eggs would have been better. I also didn't like the $15 parking per day. I would prefer a one time nominal fee instead, if at all. Free would be best. The WiFi was non-existent! I called the front desk and I was told I wasn't the only experiencing it. The lady told me that she was going to get the wifi rebooted, but it still didn't work.
