The late evening front desk was absolutely accommodating.
Negatives:
Received a call to my room from I assume was the day manager at or around 9:30 to tell me that the night front desk made a mistake about my check out time. The day manager informed me of the correct check out time. But the mistake was just that, a mistake. It's the way that the day manager talked to me. Her tone was relentless with bad addittude. For someone who works in hospitality I suggest she be retrained.

Pool closed, hot tub empty, no fitness room, breakfast was disappointing/nothing fresh or healthy. Ants in the bathroom, tub faucet dripped all night, no drinkable water in the breakfast area, beds uncomfortable.

I liked the jacuzzi tube in the room. The staff as nice and polite. The hotel itself was located next to lots of restaurants and shops.
Negatives:
Room desperately needed some maintenance. The bathroom door was falling off. There were many areas of the walls that needed to be re-drywalled and painted. Room furnishings and tiles need replacement as there were obvious signs of water damage.

The ice machine was very dirty as well as the outside of the hotel. The guy who checked us in was not very friendly. And it was very noisy. Walking out the elevator we could hear people screaming and even in our room it was very loud! We almost called the cops because we thought we heard someone screaming for help but it was just someone having sex. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else
