Positives:
Amazing location next to Melrose, loads of nice stores to shop at and good scenery. Places accessible in walking distance which is nice. The suites were apartment style which we found unique. We would definitely stay here again. There is private parking but it does cost money. Very safe, doors lock at 10pm and you can only access property with your room key meaning no weird people can come into the property. The rooftop is beautiful. Very clean. Theres a makeup vanity. 2 tvs, one in living room and one in bedroom. Mini bar with fridge and freezer which is handy. Its not your traditional hotel but I preferred this as it is affordable and has lots of amenities.
Negatives:
Room service is only until 10pm, short staffed and parking is $65 but it is private and you can go in and out of the parking garage which is good.

Location was good right near Melrose Ave, Melrose Place and La Cienega Blvd. Room accommodation was nicely presented and comfortable. Rooftop pool was great with an amazing bar attendant. Happy hour made the overpriced drinks slightly more affordable and there is a guest complimentary drinks hour. Late check-out option, but at a cost.
Negatives:
Small and dated bathrooms. Absolutely no kitchen equipment provided, not even a spoon to stir coffee. We reserved two of the same room-type (premium king suite), but one was much smaller than the other and had no coffee machine despite promising. Room charges were not explained and front of house staff were inconsistent from really lovely and attentive to rude and "couldn't care less". Countless extra charges for average facilities.

I come to LA twice a year to see my daughter. I always stay at Mr LeParc. the room is big and beautiful and I love the balcony . The staff is incredible. Always remember my daughter and me. And make us feel so welcome. And, the best French fries we have ever eaten!

The only issue is that they dont allow cats anymore. But understood why.
