I checked in after a long flight & the room was so cold, the North Pole was warmer!
My room was quite grubby & dated. It was a weekend so there were kids running up & down the corridors … awful!
Went to the restaurant to get a bite to eat then had to endure foul language loudly from another table, the staff said nothing!!
I have contacted the staff on many occasions regarding this & mostly have fallen on deaf ears. They did refund me for the dinner i had of which there was nothing wrong with it was everything else that was the issue. We were in the accommodation for around 8 hours & it was 8 hours too long!!

Breakfast was good. Polite staff.
Negatives:
AC was not working. I had to report it. Who checks the rooms before a new client arrives? Shower was not functioning properly. There was something wrong with the wash hand basin taps no cold water was coming out! They don't even give you free water for the price they charge you. no slippers in the room which you get in any decent hotel these days. No amenities in the bathroom like cotton wool, ear buds, etc.
