There's one staff member who knows nothing about customer service...everything is not upgraded....their cable TV only let's you watch local news and CNN....there's only left wing news available. I don't like being forced opinions or being controlled on what I see going on in the world and my choices!

I finished my business at 03:30 A.M. In the morning I asked for a late checkout in Westly, CA. ...they only gave me until 11:30...Because I was inconveniencing house keeping! I'm also a member of Hilton and Marriott...I can not stand bad customer service...I won't be staying at Holiday Inn any more...I stay at hotels at least once a week...
