there was construction going on and my granddaughter tripped over hoses left out, understand it was an accident but didn't appreciate the crew not acknowledging the fact their equipment was blocking walkways.

I booked my room online and gave my credit card information went to the place to get my room and they I ended up paying with cash and they made me pay an extra $50 deposit upon leaving the next day I went into the office at the key down they checked the room out okay that the room was okay and then they asked me to sign something I said what is this and they said this is for your refund I said no I'm not going to sign it yet you got to give me the refund they said no you have to sign it first I said if I sign it then you can say you already gave it to me cuz I already signed that I did get it I don't know what your policy is but there's a problem not trusting the customer when the customer voluntarily gave the deposit
