I didn't like that booking.com told me that the property didn't want us to check in. But we spoke to the manager of the property and he even was in a customer service call with us to let booking.com know it wasn't there property who canceled the reservation but it was booking.com

No breakfast, no cushion on bed only can feel the spring. Door hard to closed, can hear next door noises. Didnt clean my room second day, towels stink and looks like dogs hair on it. Furniture old and no refrigerator and microwave.

arrived 15min early and room wasnt ready. front desk said check back in 30min, housekeeping is cleaning room. 30mintues turn into 1hr still no room ready. front desk then said they are short staff and housekeeping was moving slow. Front desk stated they did have a room ready but i would have to pay the difference. lol Front desk still could not give a time on when our room would be ready. but sure trying to upcharge for another room. We were very upset and cancelled our reservation for free. went down the street and got right in a room that was much better.

Not clean, the water had problem with brown color and stopped running multiple times. No personal items except 2 small bar of soap. Some tower and soap put on floor. Table lamp is old and fell apart. Neither drinking water, nor microware, Hot water was provided a short time in morning. Room card sometimes didnt work. Many working people dont speak English.

No idea. It is business and try to take money as much as they can. It is the worst condition I have ever experienced on resting place.
