As soon as i walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes after it said no smoking. The room wasn't clean at all, mirrors where so dirty. The hallways there was trash & cockroaches outside. A lot of noise outside late night.

Checked in at 1640H. Required a cash only $20 deposit, not returned. Room was not ready, even though check out of previous guest was at 1100H. Spectrum staff were going in and out. Walls had speckled areas and were not painted over. Musty odor. My group found two cockroaches in the bathroom.
