Very good
Positives:
The front desk, LeDeanna, was wonderful. Outstanding in all facets. She promptly addressed by concerns with the first room and gave me an alternative room. Once I presented her with the significant problems that existed in that room, she was more than happy to assist me in getting a full refund on the room.
Negatives:
Apparently the place has become a glorified homeless shelter post COVID. People loitering all over the parking lot. Bringing shopping carts with their belongings into the hotel. DOGS all over the place. The entire first floor smelled like a kennel. The first room I was given...117...smelled like a wet dog. I mean it STUNK. Just couldn't even breathe in there. The second room didn't have that stench, but when we pulled back the bed covers the sheets were loaded with dog hair. We literally took a damp washcloth and were coming up with dog hairs numbering in the dozens. It was disgusting. Sad, because I had stayed here a few years prior and it wasn't at all like this. NEVER, EVER, EVER would I stay here, and it is IMO borderline negligence on the part of Extended Stay America as a corporation to even allow the place to be listed on any hotel websites such as booking, travelocity, expedia, etc. I shudder to think of some poor family who roll into town with no other options and get stuck there. It's borderline dangerous IMO. Friend who live in the area tell me that the issues are well known locally. Someone might want to let ESA know about it

Negatives:

Very poor
Positives:
I loved the size of the room, the refrigerator, and the stove. I didn’t use the stove, but it was good to have it available. The refrigerator was also a nice size.
Negatives:
The service that I got when I arrived should have been much better. As I was trying to check in I was told that the system had just rebooted, and I had an hour and a half to wait at almost 1am before being able to check in. After having a long flight, and no sleep I was ready to get in bed, but do to the system not being ready I had to suffer. There was nowhere for me to go for an hour and a half in the middle of the night. I was very upset!

Good stay, but not sure...
Positives:
The necessary armed guard standing outside the lobby.
Negatives:
Everything. The armed guard at the front of the lobby should have been a major tip off that the place was sketchy. The elevator was broken, the main areas smelled of a combination of urine and vomit. The room had a totally empty kitchenette and the door on the refrigerator broken. If we didn’t arrive late evening, I would have turned and left. I believe we were probably the rare paying guests as it seemed most of the clientele were on CDSS vouchers and the State paid their tab.

Negatives:
had bugs

Bad
Positives:
The staff at the front desk were very nice but other than that I have nothing nice to say about our stay.
Negatives:
The bathroom had a sewage smell that was unbearable. You could have provided more toiletries for $161 per night. The floors were sticky and we had to wear flip flops. Water pressure in shower too low. For the price it was very low class. Will not ever stay at this hotel again.

Very poor
Positives:
The location was as per my requirements
Negatives:
It's not a good or safe place to stay. You can smell pot everywhere.

Very poor
Positives:
Only 5 minutes away from family.
Negatives:
Night staff was rude. The non-smoking hallways and rooms smelled like smoke and were musty. My wife has asthma and she got sick from our stay. There were insects in the room. There was a pubic hair on one of the bathroom towels. As we walked down the long hallway to our room, there was strawberries just laying in the middle of the hallway… and they had been there awhile; they were still there when we checked out the next day. The breakfast items were old. For the price I paid, I was expecting better breakfast. The people in the room next door got in a fight, as they were cussing at each other. Lastly, we were awakened the next morning at 5am with construction workers outside.
