Positives: I was not happy that the person who checked me in forgot to tell me that you must swipe your room key in the elevator to go to your floor. As a result I was stuck in the elevator and freaked out until the door finally opened and I realized I had to swipe the key. This is very important to tell hotel guests Prior to them using the elevator.
