No security in “not great” neighborhood. My wife was threatened by a mentally “off” man in the parking area in front of the room. Another guest chased him away. Receptionist was notified of event, but was too busy to call police.

We got to the hotel at 10 pm and we were informed they were overbooked and they had no room for us. I told them I had a confirmation number and they said it didn't matter they had no room for us.

Positives:
They were very accommodating. I called ahead of time to ask for my requests which is pretty simple no stairs. I loved that I was taken care of and didn’t have to worry. Breakfast was a good solid breakfast and some grab and go. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property and great staff

After some discussion we got the type of room we reserved in advance of the date we arrived .
Negatives:
Reservation was wrong. Had reserved a Mobility with walk in shower . When we arrived they assigned us to a room with a Shower/ Tub room. said that they we're not responsible for the mixup because we did not make our reservation Directly with them. after some discussion we got a room with a Walk in shower.

We ended up not staying here. We arrived well after check in time, but when we got to the room, the door was ajar, dirty bed linens and towels piled on top of the bed. The room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping was called, but they could not give us a definite timeframe for room to be ready. No other rooms were available. This room was reserved in advance and we even were past our arrival time estimate, and it still was not ready. There was no apology, just a lame excuse front desk did not handle housekeeping. Bad attitude of clerk, housekeeping. We told them we were NOT staying, to destroy our paperwork and we did not expect to be charged. We will NEVER stop here again.

The place was gross, the staff was not very helpful. The room has a cm of dust and the carpet made my feet black. I had to sleep in my sleeping bag. The carpet made my feet black! I want refund. I can not believe this is a best western!
