The man working was very nice.

Within five minutes I killed a cockroach in my room. I checked the bed for bugs and found a couple of small black bugs. I thought maybe little ants but not likely. Pulling the mattress cover off showed lots of signs of bed bugs. Also, the wall next to the toilet had a brown splatter, the wall is white. Looks like someone missed the toilet.

Easy check-in. Liked that it was flooring instead of carpet. Had a refrigerator.

Floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was no bedskirt on the bed and the box springs looked disgusting. Walls and floorboards dirty.

The bathroom smelled like pot. We had to keep the door shut and the fan on so as not to smell it in the room. The bed was very very hard and the pillows were tired . The shower was old, seemed dirty. Cobwebs behind the bathroom door. Blood stain on the sheets .

It's one of the best in yuba city cheap . No problems no issues I will conintue to stay at this hotel again.

Tenant for one day stay..
Positives:
First off they overcharged me an extra 20 dollars a night. My room was dirty and the floor not mopped, my feet were black from walking on it. They were rude at the desk, air conditioner made LOUD noises each time it went on. My bed was very old and horrible to sleep on. Dirty tired old motel. I will never stay there again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Super friendly employees working there! They brought up extra towels at midnight after I came back from my shift and also helped me connect to the wifi on my tablet. I will definitely return to this location the next time I am in Yuba City.
