Positives:
The only thing that was alright was the breakfast.
Negatives:
it’s hard to like a place when you feel like you’re just being watched and also to add on that. I didn’t expect for a syringe to just fall onto the ground when I moved the room couch it was honestly the last draw for me and my partner, we had to leave !!!

Negatives:
Well the deposit is high ., Never had deposit before when held on card but it used to be $ 50.00 now it's $ 100.00. signs posted no smoking marijuana.. the whole hotel smelled like marijuana so they do not follow the rules they put on the hotel which is a discouraging output on staying there.

Positives:
The only thing that I liked about the property was the location. It was close to everything restaurants grocery stores, a movie theater.
Negatives:
What I didn’t like about the property was the broom. It was horrible. The bed had stains on it. The mirror was chipped. The bathtub was chipped the dressers. It was a horrible, horrible room. It was unclean. The staff was very friendly. That was another thing that I liked about the property.

Close to shopping.
Negatives:
This is quite possibly the WORST place I have ever been to! The facility was dirty, unkempt, and the staff not friendly or helpful. No elevator so you have to take the stairs and the doors to stairwell are damaged and do not shut so you have homeless people roaming there. Camped out by the pool in cardboard boxes outside fence. No lock in pool area so the area homeless gather there, around the building smoking, drinking, trash littered the area. My daughter and I were very fearful for our safety. The rooms were dirty, smelly, and in need of much repairs. The toilet seat was covered in cigarette burns. Ants were all over, furniture sticky and dirty. We had TWO towels in our room and when I asked for a couple additional towels I was told I'd have to wait til the following day to get them as they didn't have any available. When I spoke with receptionist about the transients in stairwells and camping around the pool (the pool was dirty, old, cracked) etc she shrugged her shoulders at me and said, "yeah, we know" and went back to playing on her phone.
I would have left, but, there was no vacancies in the area.
It was an AWFUL experience. I could say a lot more about what a horrific and disgusting stay we had for two days, however, my wish is to forget this awful place. I will never go there again. It should be called Hotel Homeless... Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Relaxing, enjoyable, happy
Positives:
I liked the non-smoker bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean and there was hot water easily accessible. The room was also very spacious. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The pool was dirty and there was an additional $50 dollar fee for both rooms that wasn't mentioned prior.
