The price was the reason I booked this hotel. Should have paid more for something better.

Where do I start? Everything is outdated, several sets of keys would not unlock my room and had to be reset by front desk. There were giant holes in the walls that had been fixed but not painted back over. Tub was in rough shape. Nothing maintained.

Staff was super friendly and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast had good selection.
Negatives:
Everything was very well maintained the only recommendation i would give is to clean the walls, there is alot of dirty, hand prints. foot prints that are left behind and no one wants to see that when they walk in the rooms

Staff worked with us for the deposit , the breakfast amenities were good, and the linens and room were fairly clean. The lobby was clean and staff was really good at cleaning behind people at breakfast. It was also really convenient to get our room and easy to navigate in and out. Parking was also fairly ample.
Negatives:
So considering we were there for sleep, the noise level when your room is directly behind the office section is a bit much. I kept waking to phone calls, vacuuming , and just general office things. I would suggest some type of sound dampening for the rooms near the office ...especially if vacuuming is happening at 6am or before. I'm not upset about it, and figured it was to prep breakfast and other guests arriving. But suggestions for future as I did not get actual sleep.

Well to begin with we thought that it was renovated. The floors are redone but the bathroom had terrible mold. And the tub was disgusting

We had to air out the room, baseboards were tore out and repaired improperly leaving an eye sore with what looks like potential water damage. Many other maintenance concerns throughout the hotel. Not well maintained.

As I pick a place for a pool and hot tub I was extremely disappointed in the picture on line and get here the swimming area was so dirty black gunk around the hot tub and foam with dirty water looks like it hasn't been clean in years the handicap lift to get into the pool was dirty as well and the swimming pool was ice cold image looking forward to a relaxing day swimming and seeing all this the windows were dirty .

But was no problem the day before. When I gave them the blankets that my dog had peed on.
Wish I could post pictures on here of the stains on the sheets. The office lady Who's living at the hotel with her husband and her son was not willing to negotiate with me. She sent the maintenance man. Matt out to deal with the problem and he didn't even deal with it. And then all he could say was he didn't know anything he was the maintenance guy
Nobody knew who owned the hotel. Nobody knew who they worked for or how to get ahold of their manager
