Negatives: We arrived pretty late, around 1am, due to a delay of our flight. Upon arrival, we're told that no rooms are available and they cannot check us in, despite the fact that we "reserved" and payed for the room weeks in advance! It's not fun looking for a new hotel in middle of a night, with half-asleep kids. They blamed booking.com who overbooked the hotel and did not notify us. This alone sounds strange -- the hotel did sent us a few messages (via booking UI) so they could contact us earlier and notify about the issue.

Positives: Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very clean when I arrived.
Negatives: I did not like that i had to ask to have more towels or have garbage taken or bed made. My stay was only 4 days, but it would have been nice to have this service at least once without asking.
