The bed was comfortable

Negatives:
Front desk clerk wasn't very helpful in regards to trying to get us checked in early after diving 10 hours for a doctor's appointment at children's, was told they were fully booked that no one had even checked out yet and if she did the housekeeping didnt "even" start cleaning until 10. When i asked if I could change type of room was told they couldn't change the type of room i reserved even though I offered to pay any difference for a different type of room just so we could get a little rest b4 having to go to the hospital. Mind you I manage a motel where im from and know that yes you can change type of room even if reserved threw booking. When I asked if i could cancel without getting charged due to i made the reservation that morning her only reply was yes and that it was booking.com policy and couldn't be changed BUT they were able to change the $300 deposit to $50 or so i was told i never received a receipt so i will have to wait till I get my bank statement.
Didnt get to eat as we left b4 breakfast.
Shower water pressure is not great.
