These hotels are usually well kept
Negatives:
We had requested a particular room and had it confirmed but once we got there we were told it was not available. We were promised to get it the following day and still did not receive the room. This has happened multiple times through booking. We felt like although Edgar attempted to help us and was very nice, we still were let down and our stay was not what we planned. Regardless we had to pay the full amount which to me was not okay.

Property needs maintenance- it has the potential to be nice but 1 lift not working, common area toilets out of order, microwave in room didn’t work, curtains hanging half pulled down and so unable to close completely, and the room had a building air handler fan outside the window that roared like a jet engine ALL night.

We didn't care for the weird stains on the sofa, so we didn't sit on it. We were told the pool was closed, but people were using it.
