Only downsides were that one of the elevators was broken (out of 3) and the on site restaurant was not great.

Loved the room. Bed was comfortable.

The only negative thing I have to say and brought it to the attention of the front desk. We went to breakfast at 9:40. The minute we went in, the clean up guy told us we had to hurry as he was closing breakfast down at 10. Not did he say it once but kept rushing everyone that was in there. It was not a relaxing breakfast by any means.

Positives:
The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The bar staff was great. The host who sat us at the restaurant was very kind and caring about my children.
Negatives:
The manager wouldn't explain what was going on with the entire fire department being there over the pool. The only reason we got this hotel is because of the pool and hot tub pictures on the site, which by the way are completely different than what the actual pool looks like. The hot tub was closed. All my family members including my 6 month old baby got rashes on their skin from being in the pool. My husband still has a huge one all over his neck. When we told the manager about his neck he laughed and said maybe it's a sun burn. As if my husband is an idiot and doesn't know the difference between a sunburn and rash. Will never be staying there again. And will tell anyone who asks how horrible the stay was.
