Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy). Negatives: Poor cleaning of rooms and equipment. Our room rug was so dirty that has a rotten smell. When we were unpacking our stuff to place them in one of the drawers there were a sneaker and used cotton swabs inside.

Positives: Horrible, to start NO toilet paper. Then, room was very dirty. Blood stains on one of the walls. Unsafe, hallway stunk like mariguana. Dog barking at midnight. No water bottles, we had to buy our own. Tub had scum ring around. Nothing to like.
