Very friendly at check-in. Our remote control for the TV didn’t work when we checked in, but Shannon was extremely helpful and friendly trying to help us. She tried to get the remote to work, gave us a different one, then moved us to another room where the remote worked. She was so attentive, genuine, helpful, and friendly- amazing! This should be the case in all hotels, but sadly it’s the exception. Just this experience makes a stay happy and nice, and it takes so little.

The mattress needs to either be rotated or replaced. The breakfast was awful. I did my best to fill up with juice and water. I still have yet to receive my deposit back. So as of now, I paid $170 to be hungry and sleep on a worn mattress where I tried not to roll into the dents in the bed
