Monday - Friday - 6am-10am; Saturday - Sunday - 6am-11am; Hot Breakfast Buffet will be available for purchase. Cooked To Order will not be available. Full Bar Service will be available nightly 5pm-10pm with cocktails and light Dinner options available for purchase. Evening Room Service will not be provided during this time. My favorite part was the guy checking us in. He was so nice and in a jacket because the lobby was beyond freezing.

No one picked up the phone for the shuttle for a while and when I got there the lobby was so freezing it was uncomfortable just checking in

Airport shuttle was courteous with a call when the driver was outside the airport so I didnt have to wait out in the cold. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Check in desk was informative and friendly. View was great from my room.

The primary purpose for staying there, the hotel shuttle, was fully booked when we checked in. Had to find another way to the airport. Over subscribed shuttle. Recommend reserving two days in advance.

It was snowing outside and I took my luggage out between the two doors and left it for the van driver. However, the automatic door didn't work from outside to inside and I had a difficult time finding someone to let me in & it was freezing outside.

The shuttle service was full. Several people behind us couldn't get shuttle service. The host said it's a frequent issue...If it's a frequent issue, maybe you should address it! Like get another shuttle going. The doors on the bathroom- What the heck were you thinking? Just weird. Put a regular door on the bathrooms that can be closed with no huge gap between them! Who wants to poop with a giant crack in the door?!?

Close to the airport and at a reasonable price. It is a transit airport and as such fits the bill for an overnight stop over.
Negatives:
There was some confusion over the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Ensure that the hotel has your details and call as soon as you can. The shuttle is by arrangement only and does not go the aiport to see if there any guests. Breakfast was a little expensive for what was offered.
