Clean room. Hotel is closely located to restaurants and has an airport shuttle.
Negatives:
Breakfast was $10 and not much better than the free breakfasts offered at lesser hotels. After eating I overhear the server telling another patron that pancakes and waffles were also available.
The bed is firm. I don't sleep well on most mattresses without back pain and unfortunately, this bed was not an exception.

My favorite part was the guy checking us in. He was so nice and in a jacket because the lobby was beyond freezing.

No one picked up the phone for the shuttle for a while and when I got there the lobby was so freezing it was uncomfortable just checking in

Airport shuttle was courteous with a call when the driver was outside the airport so I didnt have to wait out in the cold. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Check in desk was informative and friendly. View was great from my room.

It was snowing outside and I took my luggage out between the two doors and left it for the van driver. However, the automatic door didn't work from outside to inside and I had a difficult time finding someone to let me in & it was freezing outside.
