The convenience of the location to hospital, it is a beautiful place inside. The staff was very very nice.

The parking was bad and the area was very sketchy. I felt unsafe anytime I was outside. My blinds wouldn't close in my room and it was very very loud.

Positives:
I liked the overall look and cleanliness of the place. It seemed very clean and it was quiet. We only had one instance of someone in the hall with their baby that woke us, otherwise we couldn't hear the other rooms. I felt safe and like the way the elevator worked. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was spacious. The view was nice too.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn't good. We tried it our first day and then decided to eat out after that. It was also disappointing that it was served until 9:00am. When on vacation, you want to sleep in and you can't if you plan to eat at the hotel. We were also disappointed there wasn't a hot tub since the pool was cold. The towels at the pool also weren't stocked and a guest had to go out to the front counter to get towels. unfortunately we didn't realize how close we were to the hospital and the sirens kept us awake.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. I needed to go for tests at the hospital which was right across the street. I have to go back in June for an operation so if we need a place to stay I hope to stay there again.
Negatives:
They missed cleaning our room after the first night. We ran out of toilet paper so we used Kleenex.

Have to give a shout out to the wonderful lady at front desk. We checked in later in the day and noticed there was no milk for sale in the little store area. The front desk lady (whose name I cannot remember) went out of her way to go to kitchen and got us milk!!! No charge. What a wonderful, pleasant lady! Just added to the overall really good facilities!

The onsite breakfast was good. The selection of items were reasonable. Paul was the one that checked me in and out, he was excellent and very accommodating.
