Hotel staff at front desk was very rude. I had to wait for the shuttle at the airport for 1 hour.

The staff was rude coming in.I wanted the shuddle early in am. We got to lobby on time. Shuddle driver saw us down there, left without saying or asking a word. It was 3:00am. Obviously we were down with our bags for a reason.i will NEVER book with company

Close to the airport, comfortable, friendly staff, reliable shuttle service. I saw others rating it poorly, I don't know why but for me everything was fine..

I was told to board a wrong shuttle bus and then when the shuttle bus dropped me off at the wrong hotel, i called the hotel to come pick me up. They refused and told me to go back to the airport. I had to take an uber back to the correct hotel. Their mistake which they refused to own
