room and beds were nice and comfortable, but they offer shuttle service to and from the airport, but we waited 1.5 hours ate the airport the the it never came. when we asked the staff at the front desk, rather than apologizing, she seemed mad.

Hotel staff at front desk was very rude. I had to wait for the shuttle at the airport for 1 hour.
Negatives:
The staff was rude coming in.I wanted the shuddle early in am. We got to lobby on time. Shuddle driver saw us down there, left without saying or asking a word. It was 3:00am. Obviously we were down with our bags for a reason.i will NEVER book with company
