- my self grooming items like tooth brush, toothpaste, hairbrush, shaving blades, deodorant, lotion and a clean undies did not disappear from my room washing sink after a house keeping. (Mgr. gave replacement for some of the missing items and monetized compensation for the rest. )
- my room door key cards worked during my stay.
- house keeping is done every day.

Positives:
I had just come from a different hotel that was extremely dirty and the front desk manager had been very rude, so I got a refund and started looking for a different hotel that had rooms available and wasn't out of this world expensive. Once I got here, I told the manager at the front desk here what had happened, and she was so great and understanding! I had my nephews with me to go swimming and stay the night here with me, but they weren't happy about having to share a bed at 12 and 9 years old. The front desk manager heard them talking and got us into a room with a couch in addition to the queen beds, she made sure I had extra sheets, blankets and a pillow so one could sleep on the couch. I was so relieved to see the room after what I had just left at the other hotel, the room was clean and nice!
Negatives:
The only thing I can put in this box, is that the price was a little high. I paid a few dollars less at the La Quinta and had a king suite. However, I know that the prices jump on the weekend as opposed to last night at the La Quinta which was a Thursday night. I understand that the pricing is the same for the area and similar hotel's so this really wasn't any more expensive than it would have been elsewhere. So again, this isn't really a complaint.

Under renovations so a lot of construction material (carpets, drywall) were hanging around inside and certain areas were only partly completed leaving drywall exposed, wallpaper peeling, etc. To be clear, it wasn?t dirty! Just disheveled.

It was a bed and...

Reeked of marijuana in my room especially late at night. Walls were paper thin. The front hall way (as soon as you walk from the front desk toward the rooms) has piles of carpet and boxes stacked to the ceiling. Some rooms were not finished. Hallway floorboards completely off the wall. The “gym” is just a 7x7 room with a tread mill, an elliptical, a bike, and a small cable machine (with only 1 type of handle), all crammed into a tiny space. Water cooler in this room was unplugged. Looked like a dungeon. Hot tub was out of order. Pool room had ladders and caution tape everywhere.
