Negatives: Worst customer service we have ever received anywhere at all. Pool was closed and we didn’t realize because it was NOT mentioned at check in and no signs until we got down to the pool and saw the sign on the door. Chose this property for the pool as we were traveling with kids. Asked to cancel our reservation and get a refund as we could not use the amenities that made our decision to stay at the property. Manager and front desk staff very rude and indifferent with no customer skills whatever. We are in the hospitality business and if an advertised amenity is unavailable we let all guests know prior to check in so they can leave and refund completely as a closed amenity is not the customers fault. Will never choose this facility in the future.
