The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the amenities are really great , we particularly enjoyed the hot tubs. The restaurant has really good food.
Negatives:
The questions we asked had very approximate answers ( for example why did we got two different amount debited on our cards, where was the key drop box when leaving the parking lot…).
Not many options for breakfast.

I know my husband and I will say the customer service! The young lady that attended us in the restaurant as well as Hotel employee from check in exceeded what customer service means! From the training that he was doing with the new employee to us Thank you Hotel employee.!

The property had excellent facilities and the lift straight onto the mountain was a massive plus.
Negatives:
The staff (excluding the valets) who were un helpful even when I was admitted to hospital.
We had to ask for a hairdryer 3/4 times and never got one.
Asking for bags to be taken from the room took 3 phones calls and eventually we had to go down to the desk to ask for someone to come up. Not the service you would expect for the price at all.

Snacks at the bar were delicious. Hot chocolate bar was a huge hit with my son! Hotel room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Shuttle to the village was great.
Negatives:
I had forgotten a contact lens case and it would have been nice if the front desk had one I could have. We had to run out instead. Pool was not warm enough for my taste.
