Positives: All staff were friendly. But they seemed to honestly enjoy their jobs. Not a put on smile that some places you get. Acacia (not sure if spelling) at the front desk went the extra mile to make sure guests were happy and all questions answered.

Negatives: 1.Put some Spam on the menu easy to slice, grill and serve. May sound funny but probably cheaper then bacon which I was surprised you did not have. 2. Work out a deal with Steadman Clinic for them to suggest you hotel and you give their patients a rate discount. Win-win. Not really a downer but can't change the face.

Negatives: I thought rooms were expensive especially when we were on the noisy highway side of the hotel. Also, the air conditioning system is so loud!
