Although this is a large resort hotel, it felt welcoming and cozy. It was easy to get outside and with the mountains surrounding the property feel very much 'away' from everything.

The location. We love the Beaver Creek area. Also, the amenities available (pool, fitness room, s'mores!)
Negatives:
There was a miscommunication about parking that was kind of annoying. Also, it appeared the hotel was probably understaffed. We had called for extra blankets and towels that were never delivered.
