Negatives: This hotel happens to be right next to a Colorado Dept transportation Warehouse and apparently because of the snow they start their diesel engine somewhere around 2:00am. Staff should place guests in southeast section of rooms

Positives: Location, coffee in the lobby and comfortable

Negatives: I had a room with a shower that did not work. Asked the front desk to have maintenance take a look while I was out for the day. Came back to find out that maintenance wasnt even working on Saturday and no one bothered to tell me. Asked for another room and they assign me one next door, connecting wall. Therefore still no hot water. Walk back to the front and get room #3, this time the key doesnt work. Needless to say I was very frustrated and barely got an apology

Positives: Clean. Very good breakfast which is an important offering for me. The person taking care of the food and dining area was very good, conscientious, proactive. Wish I could provide her name. Overall value was excellent when compared to other hotels

Negatives: Room key cards (or card-readers) were consistently problematic on the room door and the outside rear door. Other guests had same issue. Very frustrating to have to make numerous attempts to open especially when carrying items.
