I must recognize the effort made by the Hotel Manager to solve a problem caused by Booking.com. This site somehow changed my reservation to a date different from the one I was looking for and blocked any possibility of refund blaming the hotel for that. Of course I had set the right date when I tried to make this reservation and of course I would not have set it for a different date. NOtwithstanding this is what happened (and it's not the first time at Booking). Fortunately there was a vacation for the date I needed and I paid a supplement for it to have the problem solved. Booking will have me no more.

Breakfast was just average for a hotel pretending to be a luxury spot.

Good location, beds were comfortable and the staff was very kind.

The rooms were very dark though and outdated. The walls and ceiling are so thin that it sounds like elephants stampeding when someone is above you. I would only stay again on the top floor. The breakfast was also terrible. Rick hard and dried out french toast and sausages. Bread was stale. Fruit was gone. Not up to Hilton standards.

The grounds and hotel was always clean. The vibe in the lobby was always uplifting and super helpful. There was 24 hour coffee. The suite was spacious and had most of the amenities we needed.

Wish there was a drinking water dispenser in the building instead of having to walk to the main lobby to refill our water bottles. Wish it was a little closer to downtown but that’s a small inconvenience.
