Negatives: Not much external light on first floor

Negatives: Cant really open up the curtains- no privacy or views.

Negatives: You know that feeling when you stay at a hotel that is so comfy that you would want to bring back the entire room, home? Well this hotel I just wanted one thing get the heck out of it! The following commentary is given in comparaison to other hotels I have been to over the years. This one cost us about $ 1,000 and we were expecting high standing. Unfortunately, the price does not meet the quality of this hotel at all. I hated the bed and the pillows: the bed felt like it hasn't been replaced since the opening, and he pillows were so horrible the first thing we did the next morning was running to a supermarket to get some, and to try to get a better sleep. The linen was smelling the cheap hotel. I hated how we heard the people above us and the AC. I hated how dark the room was and that the bed was not in a separate room from the main one, but all in the same room, and facing the entrance door. I didn't like the towels and the fact that we requested room service to have new bedding and towels and this weren't done after the first night, and we had to go remind the staff. The furniture and carpet would need a serious cleaning. We tried to get their breakfast but it was very limited and not tasty. The only advise I have is to unfortunately not go to this hotel. I know I won't!

Negatives: We didn't like the breakfast variety and choices, and we didn't like the swimming pool size. Also, we didn't like that the large apartments with two bedrooms are actually located on the second floor which means that we had to drag our luggage as we are large family which was the reason for taking a two bedrooms which doesn't make sense. Lastly, the bedroom located upstairs on the apartment lacks receiving cold air from the air-condition as we understood from the residency management that the air-condition goes first to the closest areas which are the kitchen, living room and first bedroom, and by the time it reaches the upper bedroom it is extremely low and hot which made it very uncomfortable to sleep upstairs while it is very freezing in the lower floor. Lastly, we didn't like that we had to request for room cleaning every day as they only perform the service every other day as we have kids and of course like any family, cleaning with fresh towels is a must on daily basis. one last thing, the way their system works for charging the cost is complicated as they reserve a hold and then they charge partially without telling you and then re-hold for the remaining and recharged upon your checkout which made it all confusing, but eventually it was correct but confusing.
