Staff was very friendly and helpful. A recommendation would be the dress code. Staff appearance looked as though they worked at Taco Bell! The dress code does not match the hotel vibe.
Simple, clean and efficient room with everything I needed in order to support my business needs and meetings for 24 hours. Very comfortable bed, and I enjoy all the soaps and products in the room.
It's a bit far out however I like that it was halfway between Denver and Boulder. Quiet and least amount of risk of commotion or loudness in the evening.
The ladies at the front desk have excellent customer service skills!!!
Close to BROOMFIELD &convenient to car service and Uber pick up and great food delivery during pandemic.
Very plain furnishings and sparse seating for two person room.
LOTS of drug activity They took WAY to much off both me and my husbands credit card
I like everything about the hotel. Ever since the first time I stayed there i like the music and how comfortable my family snd me felt and the breakfast coupons rhat you can use anytime you want.
I think kids should be able to get a breakfast coupon
staff is nice & rooms are clean the beds are very soft and comfy.
It can be a little out of the way depending on what area of Denver you need to get to.

The TV was a pain to use. Why are hotel TVÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢s always so janky?

The only negative is glass design for the shower allows for a lot of water on the floor.
Modern, clean, great WiFi, restaurants in walking distance. It was 95 degrees that day, and I was a mess when I checked in. Hotel employee at the desk was wonderful, and made sure I had some ice brought up to the room.
Might want to bring an extension cord if you have lots of devices, as almost all the outlets are by the bed.
Room was nice
Ac blew cold air but didn't cool room . It strayed 78- 82ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â°the entire time. Husband feel asleep and he's very sick so trying to wake him wasn't an option. Sweated all night, all they did was give me $12 off my reservation. Asked for ice got dirty
I like the best of this hotel is the layout and the style of the hotel. Has a welcome ing vibe to it.
One thing i don't like is that they have no ice machine and have to get bags of ice from the lobby

Lack of cleaning. Considering weÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢re in the middle of a pandemic I never saw anyone cleaning anything the 2 days I was there. Elevators were dirty with fingerprints everywhere and the feeble squirt of hand sanitizer from their sanitizer stat
