Positives: Easy access from a quiet area to major streets. The parking appeared secure. I say "appeared" with the caveat that the bike shop across from the hotel was broken into by thieves.

Negatives: I would have used the bar on two of the five evenings. On one, it was not open. On another, there was a sign posted "helping other guests" --or something like that. I sat for close to 10 minutes and no one returned. I commented to the front desk and they said they would find the person. I declined at that point.
