The bed!! By far this was the worst bed Ive TRIED to sleep on ever. It was so soft and lumpy that I couldnt get comfortable all night. Even though I had the room temperature set at 67, at 2:30am it was so hot! The room was 75 degrees!

noise Walk into lobby noisy hard to hear hotel employee Went swimming very noisy again nothing in room too absorb sound only a few kids in pool but very loud. I had a room facing the interstate road noise was bad most of the night.

Random fire alarm went off around 1 am while sleeping. Had to exit building for over an hour not fire related. That I know cant always be how we like for them to go but was my drawback this particular trip

Once I arrived back home. I realized i might have left some personal items behind. I called the front desk to inquire about a lost and found area, I explained the situation and was told , someone would call me right back after they check with house keeping. No one ever returned my call!!

There was a black widow spider in our bathroom (yes, it was verified) and the floors &counters were sticky. We were not told that there would be construction ongoing in the rooms beside us and above us. It was incredibly disturbing & no solution offered
